The Romro Institute, envisioned as a STEM-focused educational institution, will offer tailored learning and development opportunities rooted in the needs of the local community. It aims to cultivate a reciprocal learning environment where students not only acquire knowledge but are also expected to teach and apply their skills to improve the well-being of their communities. The curriculum will be dynamic, emphasizing practical knowledge, technical skills, and trades that directly address the most pressing challenges faced by the community. In keeping with our organization's core values, the Institute will be fully designed, engineered, and constructed by the local community.

Bangtigow is a digital platform designed to facilitate connections between individuals seeking educational opportunities and experienced mentors who have successfully navigated that path. It enables youth to be paired with qualified mentors from their communities, providing personalized guidance and support throughout their educational journey. Additionally, Temari fosters a collaborative environment where students can engage with one another, leveraging the collective knowledge of the student body to seek and share answers, thus enhancing the learning experience for all participants.

The Village Resource Libraries will be a network of small community centers that provides local access to books and digital resources. Each location serves as a hub where global knowledge and know-how can be accessed, and local knowledge and wisdom can be shared. The Village Resource Library supports community self-improvement, empowering individuals to obtain and  apply new skills, ideas, and innovations in ways to address the needs of their communities.
